Pepper spray incident (continued)

I (Ken) spoke to Constable Bouchey of the Vancouver Police earlier this week and he assured me that they are taking this incident seriously and will do what they can to identify and charge those responsible. Five riders have come forward with their account of the incident and we have a good photograph of the car.
